Return Policy
We want you and your pet to love what you purchase. Due to the nature of pet products, the following return policy applies.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Returns with a receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment.
• Returns without a receipt may be eligible for store credit only at the current selling price.
Final Sale Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Dog or cat treats, chews, food, or Bark-cuterie items
• Freeze-dried or air-dried products
• Wellness products or supplements
• Custom or personalized collars and leashes
• Clearance or seasonal merchandise
Defective Items
If an item is defective due to manufacturing, please bring it back within 14 days and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Harley and Edwards reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
